Located right on a beautiful beach at the stunning and hidden Mapadegat, Tua Pejat Island. The camp can house a maximum of 8 persons and provides a traditional feel with modern facilities. The ideal Indonesian atmosphere gives our visitors a unique memorable stay.
Our island offers amazing surfing opportunities with excellent breaks such as: Iceland, Ombak Tidur, Arik, Suicides and Telescope — all within speed boat distance from our camp. With white sandy beaches, countless palm trees, turquoise waters, coral reefs and breathtaking waves, our Camp Sipora offers an exciting priceless experience.
Designed as a traditional house, this budget Mentawai surf camp features Long House Rooms with twin single beds per room and double/couple bed options. All rooms are equipped with fans, mosquito nets and plugs; spring bed mattresses included.
The basics and some amenities on our nature's retreat: surfboards rental, surfboards for sale, electricity 24 hours, one fan per room, refrigerator, mosquito nets over every bed, showers, western toilets, Bar & Resto, and laundry service.

Important Notes
- •Located at Mapadegat, Tua Pejat Island, Sipora, Mentawai.
- •Speed boat required to access all surf breaks from camp.
- •Extra days can always be added to your package with an additional payment per night.
- •To hold a reservation, pay 20% deposit in advance. Final payment (80%) must be made before departure. The 20% deposit is non-refundable on cancellation.
Mentawai Surfer Tax
Commencing August 1, 2016, the Mentawai Regional Government imposed a Surfer's Levy in accordance with Regional Regulation No. 2 Year 2015: 2,000,000 IDR for up to 15 days. Payment is made directly at Nagari Bank (Deposit Slip Model A). Purchase surfing tickets and bracelets at the Tourism Information Center (TIC), Jln Padang Azizi No. 121 Andalas, Padang, or at the Tourism Office in Tuapejat.
